This support group is provided for anyone who has experienced a loss of any kind. The group of attendees will all have similar experiences but still have their own story and journey to share.
The purpose of this group is for people to come together to share their experiences and ask questions while being supported in a respectful and safe environment.
In this group we will share our experiences, ask questions and learn about what grief is, how grief affects us, coping skills, finding ways to remember our loved one and even finding a new meaning to life after loss.
Light refreshments will be provided.
